Thank you for shopping at So Random Prints!

Returns: We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed products only. Because our shirts and other merchandise are printed to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selections, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at SoRandomPrints@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item.

Refunds: Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design preferences.

Return Shipping: If a physical return is required for an approved defective-item claim, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
